For each country system probably should be rewritten. I have not heard of one suggested ISO standart for.. lets DB schema in.. say EU. So it would be better to compare local markets as well and local medical companies like Medisoft or Webmedia. I mean having module error in short intro shouldn't be shown at all, but major diffrences in what each product can do (and thus why Raintree is better). Or maybe to talk about why medical IT sphere is corrupted and tenders are not made. Not bad (assuming that its taking major market share in US), still, this is a propietary solution.
